Ombre Brows for Only $450

Price for virgin brows, first time

The ombre brow technique uses a tattoo machine but does not go as deep as a traditional tattoo (no bleeding). It causes minimal trauma to the skin for optimal retention! Benefits include:

Microblading for only $500

Price for virgin brows, first time

Microblading is creating 3D hair like strokes using microfine needles. This technique is suitable for people who have plenty of existing hair to blend with the created strokes.


Microblading is great for those who have good amount of hair and want more volume. For those who have little to no hair, it is not recommended as the strokes will not blend naturally. It is suitable for dry or normal skin. If you have oily skin, please opt for ombre shading. A 4-6 week touchup is included.

  • What is Microblading?

    Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo, used to enhance brows or to reconstruct sparse eyebrows. It may be performed with a small handheld tool, or in 2022 an electronic microblading tool entered the market.

  • How long does Microblading last and how much does it cost?

    Generally, results can last 18 to 30 months depending on skin type, lifestyle, and how often you get touch-ups. You can expect to pay anywhere between $200 - $600. Microblading is a “you get what you pay for” situation. If you opt for a microblading artist who charges less the quality will likely go down.

  • Can you remove Microblading?

    Yes, Microblading can be removed. The most common way to remove microblading is laser treatment. One advantage of microblading is that it can usually be removed with a couple of laser treatments.

  • How long does the session last?

    Two to three hours. During the appointment, most of the time is spent selecting the correct color and then carefully shaping and drawing your brows, so they look as symmetrical as possible. The second touch-up session should only take about one and a half to two hours. 

  • Who will carry out my treatment?

    Jane Bulner is the owner and operator of Refine Body and Skin Care and performs all procedures personally.

  • What training have you had?

    Jane Bulner graduated from Bellus Academy (formally Poway Beauty Academy) in 2004 after completing the 600-hour Esthetician course. She trained with Deluxe Brow Academy for Microblading and Micro Shading in 2015. She completed Advanced Microblading and Nanoblading in Bangkok Thailand in 2015 and graduated from the Sexy Brows Academy in Hanoi Vietnam in 2018.

  • How often do you carry out Microblading treatments?

    We have multiple clients for Microblading each week.

  • Can I get my brows microbladed while I’m pregnant or nursing?

    We do not recommend microblading for pregnant or nursing clients. While there aren’t yet any studies to prove that microblading pigments are not harmful to the fetus or breastfeeding babies. The use of topical anesthetic can be harmful as it seeps into the client’s skin.

  • Is Microblading permanent?

    Microblading is a permanent makeup technique. The pigment will fade and change color over the years, just think how permanent hair colors and dyes fade and change.


  • Is the follow up appointment included?

    In order to ensure that the brows heal perfectly a minimum of two treatments are usually needed 6 to 10 weeks apart. This first touch-up gives us the ability to correct any areas that possibly faded or allows you to make suggestions if you want adjustments with the shape or color.
